These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 1977bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website available at https://1977bd.bet and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 1977bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

2.1 — Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on 1977bd, you must at all times satisfy all of the following conditions:

2.2 — One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 1977bd platform at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 1977bd reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any associated balances or bonuses, and permanently ban the individual from the platform without notice.

2.3 — Account Verification (KYC)

1977bd applies a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process to verify the identity, age, and payment details of all registered players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents upon registration, prior to a withdrawal request, or at any time at the sole discretion of the platform:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)

Failure to provide the requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the temporary restriction of your account until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 — Minimum & Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits vary by payment method and account VIP tier. 3.3 — Processing Times

Deposits are typically credited to your 1977bd account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification checks are required. 1977bd does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

3.4 — Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts on the 1977bd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 1977bd does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4.1 — General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by 1977bd are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are communicated at the time each promotion is made available. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real-money funds.

4.2 — Bonus Abuse

1977bd maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, coordinated wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting technical errors or pricing mistakes. Where bonus abuse is identified, the platform reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the account, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.

4.3 — Promotional Changes

1977bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotions are valid for the period stated in the specific offer terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly indicated.

5.1 — Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the 1977bd platform are subject to acceptance at the sole discretion of the platform. 1977bd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without being required to provide a reason. Bets are not confirmed until a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed on screen.

5.2 — Pricing Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at an incorrect or erroneous price due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, 1977bd reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

5.3 — Unsettled Bets & Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with the 1977bd support team within 72 hours of the event settling. Claims raised after this period may not be considered. The decision of 1977bd's trading team following an investigation shall be final and binding.

5.4 — Game Integrity

1977bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering purposes.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The player is a minor (under the age of 21).
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in a verified account (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of all outstanding verification requirements.
